• Stop, rest, or shorten a pose if it feels too intense for your day.

2) Course requests

• The checkout form is a request to purchase a course and to be contacted for confirmation.
• We use the provided details to confirm the request and share access instructions.
• Please submit accurate information so we can match your request with the selected course.

3) Payment and currency

• Course prices are shown in USD; charges may be processed in Peruvian Sol (PEN) by your payment method.
• Any conversion fees are handled by your bank or payment provider.
• This website does not request or store full payment card details.

4) Refund policy

• If access has not been provided yet, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of confirmation.
• If access has already been delivered, refund reviews are considered case-by-case (for example, duplicate requests).
• Include your name and course title when requesting a review.

5) Acceptable use
